●机身使用优质铸铁一次浇铸成型，配合以汽车烤漆处理工艺，外形圆润美观；
● HB-3000B，HBS-3000采用砝码加荷，结构坚固，刚性好，可靠耐用，测试效率高；
● HB-3000C，HBS-3000E采用闭环电加荷，具备过载、过位自动保护功能；试验过程自动化，无人为操作误差；
● 采用电动加卸试验力，由5‰精度的压力传感器进行闭环反馈，高速ARM处理器控制并能对试验力进行自动修正；

● 便捷控制系统，可自动进行全硬度标尺的单位转换；
● 配置内置微型打印机，并可通过RS232端口输出数据；

● 精度符合GB/T231.2-2018、ISO6506-2和美国ASTM E10标准。
